This hotel exceeded my expectations with its clean and very comfortable rooms at a great price. The friendly and helpful service made my stay even better, though encountering a cockroach in the room was a downside. The location was wonderful, allowing easy access to main areas, and the dining experience, while free, had some limitations. Overall, a great stay with a few minor setbacks.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were nicely updated with beautiful decor and a very clean and comfortable bed but unfortunately, there was moisture water on the ceiling, and my room was not made up after the first night. The location was convenient, being in downtown Pigeon Forge, but the busy surroundings made it hard to come and go easily.

The hotel is in smack dab downtown Pigeon Forge, which is insanely busy and hard to get in and out of, but it’s close to attractions for touristy stuff.
